Now that SD city is supermajority Democrat, SD county is blue, OC is blue, even Fresno is blue. I’m pretty sure a lot of Republican have moved out of state. So, there will be no point in splitting CA anymore. There’s also no excuses and Democrats can no longer blame Republicans for not being able to get things pass. It’ll be an interesting time.
