The only caviot I would raise is that it takes froma few days to many many weeks for lenders to respond to short sales right now. Thus there is a percentage of short sales with offers on them, but they are still listed as active because the file is sitting on some stressed our asset managers desk along with hundreds of other ones. Thus the realtor wants to collect as many offers as he/she can.
