The nice thing about CV (we started buying property there in the 90’s, and lived there for several years when our kids were young) is that there are lots of nice, quiet streets to choose from without sacrificing much in the way of a comfortable location.
Today, of course, the financial sacrifice is obviously far greater to live in that area, but, IMO, definitely well worth it, if a family decides to choose that path. Our kids, who are now well into their careers, still have great memories of our years in CV.
