The high 800k is really 900k+ at Serenity. Being a Stonebridge resident I’m speechless that people are still buying up the homes out here. Calabria sold out…who the heck bought that last batch, they are packed in like sardines? You could find better value by picking up an existing property. In my hood there could be a house on the market shortly, landscaped, very nice interior upgrades, so-so lot. Owners have lost their job. They are not upside down with their loan.
