That was my “feel” too…Initially before we gave Cbad a look, I focused all my research on La costa valley. Then when I saw how more spread out it was and with the inland areas being more hilly…I decided to look at the flatter, lagoon areas.
Living in the San pacifico area…I am assuming that by being in between the hwy and railroad tracks would be a down side with the noise. Does that really factor in heavily in that particular naighborhood?
