That is the only thing that makes sense, as crazy as it sounds. Pay the homeless to hang out somewhere else and sell it to unsuspecting tourists. But seriously, if you have that kind of money, are you that stupid? The free money is gone. People moving from outside of San Diego do a little homework before they buy, rent, check boards on line, etc. I just continue to be flabbergasted. I’m going to change my name to Spock.
