That is not a model home. They meant to say this model (i.e., floor plan) is very popular. It is a new home sitting vacant. We were out there a couple weeks ago and were told that this house was pending. It did have some nice upgrades.
There are about 6 others on the same street that are also for sale (although they haven’t started building those yet).
