That home at the link above is on 4S Pkway, correct? Isn’t that the main drag of the neighborhood? I wonder about taffic. Bressi Ranch has houses like these too. It will be interesting to see what traffic patterns are like in these ‘villages’.
Funny how community planners just hate culdesacs, but regular old folks love them. But then again, if it was up to most city planners, we’d all be in high rises, riding in mass transit, and wearing Mao hats.
