Thanks SD Realtor for your info. I am looking at PQ primarily because of the weather, school district, and distance to work vs. other areas. I have looked at Poway and RB but it takes much more time to commute because I worked at UTC area. By looking at PQ, it is a nice neighborhood. I like RB also. Comparing RB and PQ, houses in RB appear nicer and it is not as pricy as in PQ. Which area is better, PQ or RB? Which one has a better school district in terms of school scores. Thanks.
