Thanks for the feedback, CONCHO. I think you probably can build b/c the other house that is in escrow on that street recently expanded. That is a possibility, just lacking the funds to do that any time soon.
The area is very quiet, which is nice. And the reason why, of course, is no freeways nearby. For sure you will be driving on a lot of surface streets to get around.
I don’t know what to do. I keep going back and forth on this. And I think if I really wanted it, I would go for it. But I’m so sick of waiting and it seems this price range is what everybody wants.
What was the size of house and lot that you purchased?
