Thanks everyone for your input. We passed on the condo and we’re going to rent in South Temec. until next spring and then reassess the situation. I have a feeling that we may end up buying in Fallbrook again… 🙂
Re: living in Harveston. It’s a very pretty development and I like the lake, but the traffic in that area is such a pain. We bought our first home near Winchester and Murr. Hot Spgs., and we swore that we’d never live in that area again. 🙂 My studio is in Old Town, so South 79 is perfect for us.
