Thanks Duck! I haven’t seen too many banks really taking it on the chin yet. I’ve heard about alot of the short sales priced where the bank can dump it and not lose too much…only problem is those aren’t moving, along with all the other peak priced inventory. Is this low to mid $600s figure the going price today, or was this the typical pricing during the 05 peak?
