Thank you betting for bring this subject up. This I find to be the most obvious reason to have a low regard for Realtors (Usual disclaimer for those that post here). I mean c’mon with todays digital cameras how hard is it to have a “do over” if the first batch of images suck? Especially if the property is vacant.
What really brought this to my attention was 10 months back a vacant foreclosed property below my rental had images posted that had been taken after the power had been turned off (I saw the SDGE notice) on a cloudy day in San Diego plus ……wait for it… with NO flash! Yes you can imagine how inviting those images were. And they remained like that for 6 months until the pos condo sold to some idiot.
