Thank you all very much for the comments and suggestions. I will check out the suggested areas and go from there. I been told by a friend that Carbsbad is also a nice area but how is the commute? The map shows it as about 30 minutes but what is the drive like during morning and afternoon traffic? Than you to all again for the great feedbacks.
