Ok, few more questions. Is after school daycare easier to get into in 4s/del sur than SR(more limited availability, I hear). That would be important for us, with both working. 4s has schools that are walkable to, a big plus, especially if we have parents visiting who can pick/drop them and kids wont have to go to afterschool when grandparents are visiting.
Is quality of afterschool and kids camps/extracurricular classes better in 4s/del sur. For now, I think we would rule out CV since we will get less sqfft for the same amt.
