TG, yes, supply for in MM is quite limited. If all the NOD/NOT/REO get on the market today, that would give enough supply to satisfy the current demand. The last house near me that got sold had 20 offers. I know because my friend was one of those 20 but he didn’t get it. The 19 people who didn’t get it would probably love to see the NOD/NOT/REO get on the market at today’s price too. Unfortunately for them, it’s not happening yet. I can see sale # going up if the bank release more supply at today’s price.
