Tax fraud at epidemic propotions around here? I would guess it is much lower here than other population centers which are far more dominated by family owned small businesses. It seems like most retail businesses around here are chain stores. My guess is income tax fraud is far more prevalent in places like NYC, Boston, Philly, Baltimore, Miami, Chicago etc than in SoCal.
