What is up with the ONE photo attached to the listing?
A nice shot of a blank white wall and glimpse of a stove! If that’s the best of that condo, keep moving.
It looks like someone is in distress. Purse in the chair, car keys and cell phone thrown on the table over a myriad of paperwork and stats. It really looks like they said “That’s it, I’ve had it”, stood up, picked up their camera, walked around the table, snapped a photo, and decided to sell their POS.
Well, the current owner did pay $264,000 for it 11/04 and is now selling for $84k. It seems like someone bought it 2/04 and was able to flip it for 50k in 9 months. It’s interesting that 1984 pricing places this at $65k.
Just seems kinda interesting that if you bought this in 1984 at $65k and sold it now for $84k, you only booked a 29% increase in over 25 years in nominal dollars. What the rate of inflation over the past 25 years???….So if that’s the case, is there any possibility this property could do any better over the next 25 years?
