We went sans-bread, pasta, and most other processed food for awhile and I have to say I noticed differences within a couple of weeks. It was amazing. We’ve backed off a little on that, but still very limited amounts and still get most of the benefit of eliminating them entirely.
Vegan wouldn’t be that much of a jump for us – me especially. It was tough giving up pasta but we adapted and the cravings went away. We could do it again for cheese & eggs.[/quote]
Getting rid of refined carbs definitely the biggest bang for your buck from health perspective.
I was never into cheese that much. Give JUST egg a try, pretty amazing!
