Why can’t we find candidates who haven’t made suspicious amounts of money in real estate (or trading cattle), who don’t say racist things or stupid things like “I short circuited” and who don’t set my teeth on edge. I am hoping someday for a candidate that I am excited about . . .
We do get good candidates sometimes. Problem is there are plenty of people like this that get to help pick our candidates:
We could make a similar video on idiot Democrats too.
I’m not sure what the solution is. Education is a part of it, but no matter how many classes you send some folks too, they’re still going to be a few eggs short of a dozen.
This gets back to my point above. These are 5-6 of the million little Hitlers. There is no way the Republican Party had enough influence to create those people. There are LOTS of them and Trump is what they want.
What I found interesting outside of the obvious was (1) they liked the fact that he wasn’t a typical politician, and (2) they saw it as an opportunity for “change” ( much like Obamas campaign). As I said, Americans don’t like what the establishment is offering.
And scaredy is right – no matter how much you educate people, we have a lot of Americans who are idiots. And their votes count. You don’t need that video – there are all kinds of examples of man on the street quizzes where random people say New England is a state or who don’t know where Canada is on a map.
