:-), sorry FLU, but I’m not Chinese and yes, my wife’s family never owned a Camry or Accord. :-D, but they did own a Maxima and Legend, so that can almost count.
Coming back to topic, I agree with the posters on here, real estate agent can say what ever they want. It’s up to each person to believe what they say or not. Just like the car talks, we all are right in our own eyes. Like every other commodity market that go up and down in cycle, on the way up, bears will constantly call top, while on the way down, bulls will constant call bottom.
