Sorry deadzone but you are flat out wrong. Houses like my client got rarely come on the market. You could wait 20 years and not find one like this at any price. There are only a handfull in existence and they stay in families for decades. Many never get resold and are passed down. If my client wanted to he could do some relatively minor work on the house and then turn around and sell it for a profit of a few hundred thousand dollars this Spring. Of course he’s been looking for about 5 years and there is no way he ever would.
