Some parts of Lemon Grove go to La Mesa schools. It depends on the area basically and its nearness to La Mesa. There are also some sections of Spring Valley in Casa de Oro that are on the north side of 94, which would also be an improvement. That being said, like Casca’s visit, it is not a place to live for the weak or meek in spirit. Due diligence is required especially if you have family or children who you cannot afford to send to a private school.
P.S. I am not calling Casca either weak or meek, merely agreeing with his description of the denizens of Spring Valley. In addition to lycra there are multitiple tatoos and missing teeth.
