He honestly thinks the house isn’t selling because buyers don’t appreciate the “fine quality” of his house. He built the darn thing in the middle of very normal, middle-class homes, and he expects someone to pony up the big bucks to live in the monstrosity that sits in the middle of “Normalville.” Unbelievable!
