So I don’t know what you guys are talking about, I’ve never even seen an Applebees here.
I think there is one at the intersection of 805 and Balboa, east side of the freeway on the right hand side… if you really want one. They are around, but because of Cocos, Panda-Express, Rubios, Subway, etc.. they are not as obvious.
I also think the applebees is near an Islands, Albertsons as well as Sports Authority.
