You know that really isn’t a bad article. But that line you quoted seems out of place. There isnt’ a shred of evidence in the article that HCR has anything to do with the deeply broken system. Nor any evidence that it will make things worse. Nowhere else in the article (that I could find anyway) is HCR even mentioned. It’s nothing more than a gratuituous hack that diminishes the value of an otherwise well written article.[/quote]
