Totally agree with this statement. It won’t do you any good buying the cheaper house, only to nit pick at it everyday for things that you hate about it in the first place. Only buy the cheaper house if it’s also a “perfect” house. Landscaping, paint color, etc. can be changed for a reasonable price. Things you can’t really change is layout/floor plan and lot size/location.
