Is it against your religion to provide details or proof to you statements? That’s about as broad and ambiguous a statement as one can make. I’d respond to it but…….how?
If you are referring to some ancient obvious calls that you and most people following RE came up with as well, such as a bubble in 2005/2006 and a bust following it, then big deal, you get a cookie as do a million other diviners of the obvious.
Making a call or case that the unending avalanche of delinquencies and foreclosures is a non-event or small event , now that’s a call that you can hang your cap on (it will be a pointy cap though).
An even better call will be if in a year’s time we learn of many people stiffing a 2nd and living happily ever after in the home the 2nd holds title to. Or if 2nds somehow prove to be participating in a mass economic suicide, writing off debt for no reason and with no retaliation, punishment or recourse.
