That’s my assumption as well, but I don’t have data to back up my assumption. At the end of the day, it’s all about location location location. With that said, based on your experience, what make a location ideal? proximity to the beach, jobs, entertainment, etc? Do you think older areas appreciate more as well because it’s built out? Supply/demand?
