Except your advertisement for yourself is not in line with where the discussion was going. The question was what could be bought with a mortgage around 300K with 20% down, in order to pay for it with one salary if needed. Of course as you go up in increments now you get much more for your money. You probably remember me telling you that is how it would happen.
