never said it would be for EVERYONE. just said it would be possible if you are patient and know how and where to look for it. and I have seen enough exceptional transactions over the last couple of years to know that it is doable, you just have to be smart and jump at the opportunity when it comes.
quite frankly you can still find losers out there paying close to peak pricing in some segments and locations in this county.
some times you can find these examples in the same development. but that’s just the nature of the game, some folks are just much better at bargaining and use their heads whereas some folks “fall in love” with a house and all is lost.
