That house rocks! In between an appraisal in Mission Valley and an inspection in PQ I had to run up to NH to drop some keys in a lockbox on my listing there. I was 2 blocks away so I dropped by. I loved the detached studio/flat out back also. While I’m not privy to the inspection, on the surface the house had tons of appeal. The street looks great and the homes are well maintained as are yards. I dont know the comps for a house like that off the top of my head but if that is the style of house you are looking for I say winner, winner chicken dinner.
BTW the house is in pretty good condition and does not appear to need any major repairs or remodelling. Only what a new owner desires to personalize it with.[/quote]
