Just curious, there was a very interesting property in Leucadia this week on a nice flat 1/4 acre lot and one of the best nice quiet streets. Yes, we were definitely interested in that one. It went pending before we got a chance to get to it. We were out of town when it came on the market, and it was pending before we got back to take a look. It’s one of our favorite streets.
This is one of the properties that I’m talking about. We’re seeing more of them lately. It’s just a matter of price and condition of property.
We’re trying to be patient. It’s not always easy. 😉
