Nah, I would draw the line at $6k more. It would be my hail marry pass. I guess I should have always go w/ the hail marry pass. I did that w/ my current house and I won. But at one point, I asked myself, was that hail marry pass needed and how much did I overbid. I’m still happy that I got the winning bid, but for a cheapskate like me who always love to find deal, thinking I overpaid for something kinda suck.
