200 hours over 2 years is equivalent to ~2 hours/week. IF this buyer is looking at $1M house, you’re your own broker, and you’ll be getting 3% from this deal, then you’re looking to make $30k from the deal. That’s ~$150/hr or ~$300k/yr. Good for you and your client for being loyal to each other. What goes around comes around.
