Sdr, what do you think about this one?
Windham complex is right next to Ralphs/TraderJoes, is pretty. This is the largest townhome floorplan and newer, but a short sale. At 370K. (We almost bought this one in the begining of 2004, but we backed off.)

That is why I thought a smaller and older townhome would be less than that.
