sdduuuude, I wish I have those info. Based on the seat of my pants though, CV is the only area in the list that have new housing stock in this size range. I’m pretty sure it’s almost impossible to tell if the buyers were speculator or people buying to live in. This is because you have people who buy to live in, but they also speculate that price will continue to go up, so they buy the biggest, most expensive house they can afford.
