Yet, you’re still bringing the bat to beat the horse. Please stop, it’s already dead. BTW, rent is tangible. If you want hard #, here it is, if rent drops by 30%, then I won’t be OK anymore. I mentioned flipping because it would be an opportunity of a life time. Wouldn’t you do the same thing? Although I might be in a “very” small minority, I know at least 2 more Piggs who are looking to do the same thing.
