I just spoke with the new listing agent there.
Basically, they have reworked things with the bank.
(and I don’t know if that means they are bank-owned or if the developers bulk-sold the remaining units or the developers just worked something out)
They are now selling as fha-capable units and selling every unsold unit there.
The new sales (they had tenants but not owners in them) are now under-cutting the short resales.
Man, I would be PISSED if I bought there a couple years ago (as one agent friend of mine did).
