You’re right, the dividing line is Camino Santa Fe Rd. West of it is 92121 and east of it is 92126. East of it on Calle Cristobal (part of it) is considered as Sorrento Mesa, while 92121 is Sorrento Valley. But, most people don’t know about Sorrento Mesa, so they get lump into MM as a whole. If you talk about zoning, technically, everything between 805 and 15 is considered as Mira Mesa and belong to Mira Mesa Town Council. 🙂
