Completely agree. I graduated a few years before the peak of the RE bubble. I was under the same external pressure and circumstances as my peers who end up buying at the peak. We graduated, got a job, saved enough to buy a house. Some chose to buy while others like me who chose to wait. The key word here is “chose”. We all experienced the similar pressure and going through life at a similar pace with similar opportunities.
