Yes, I’m one of those “knife catcher” as well. Fully prepared for 20+% depreciation. I don’t think we’re anywhere near the real inflation adjusted bottom. However, it doesn’t bother me much, since the money I’m throwing away in interest+tax+insurance is less than what I was paying for my 800 sq-ft apartment. I still think we’re at least 5-10 years away from the real bottom in the L shape decline.
