A CA Atty Gen’l Opn of the Holmes ruling could spark DRE licensure policy/changes in requirements. A member of the State Assembly from a very hard-hit housing district (such as Merced/Fresno or Inland Empire) could draft and introduce a bill to the legislature in the wake of Holmes which would change the wording or add more sections to the CA Bus & Professions Code.
