SD Realtor, this is an old thread but you had mentioned above to avoid the north east parts of PQ.
Can you be more specific about which streets you are referring to? What are the reasons to avoid these?
Reason for my question is we are considering some properties which lie east of Black Mountain and west of I-15 along Carmel Mountain Road and would like to know the downsides.
