SD Realtor, I am the O.P. I hear what you’re saying. However, I posted because I am more than 50 years old and have never seen this before. This guy was a class act. He knew not just the neighborhood (where he said he grew up) but the whole county, even the high end. I heard him saying really interesting and great things about the Gellens, for example. I would encourage Realtors to do what he did. Far more interesting than standing in line and listening to idiots talking way too loud on their cells.
