Rereading your post, I guess you did mentioned about car lovers :-). Yes, it’s kinda like women needing 10 pairs of shoes or 10 purses :-).
I just looked at the general demographics of MM vs 92129,92127,92128 and I found something interesting. MM is 53% male, 47% female. 92128, it’s 46.8% male, 53.2% female. 92129, it’s 49.4% male, 50.6% female, and 92127, it’s 48.4% male, 51.6% female. Having a higher % of male residents might be one reason why there’s more car :-).
