IIRC, there were a house or two on some streets North of Calle Cristobal that have a lot of cars. So it’s really dependent on the street. It’s not as bad as SW MM though. I doubt the HOA is that strict up there, because I do remember seeing at least a few houses w/ a lot of cars. I haven’t been up there in a couple of years but when I used to live around there, I used to walk through those neighborhood all the time.
Besides having more male increase the chances of having more cars per person, I think an area that have more Asian would increase the chances of having more cars per house as well. Due to the fact that Asian are more likely to be pack rats, Asian are more likely to have grown up kids living at home too, so, if you think about 2 parents and 2 kids, that’s minimum 4 cars per house. Based on sandag forecast here: http://profilewarehouse.sandag.org/, I think the chances of having more cars on the street in MM & 92129 wouldn’t surprise me, due to the fact that Asian population there are growing. It’s more prevalent in MM because Asian are the majority in 92126. I think 92126 is the only zip code I’ve found that White is not the majority.
