The pool is beautiful there. Let the HOA clean it. I hate dealing with my pool. Actually, now I remember making an offer on a perfect Meadowview house. On the meadow. Bid a little too low. Was so sad. Should’ve come in stronger. Then I’d be in Meadowview right now!!!
Wine country is OK but I prefer Meadowview.
The ‘Y’ uses a ‘robot’ to clean their pools. I saw them place it after pool hours — and watched it work. It looked like it had more ‘smarts’ than the typical automatic pool cleaner. It didn’t stay at the bottom of the pool.
Add the cleaner and solar to handle the pool pump bills and you should be fairly good. If you want, you can add an automatic chlorinators/pH balancing system.
I don’t think there will be much of a problem with interracial couples on the West Coast. There was a lot of mixing occurring on the west coast during the ’60s, so the entire area from Mexican border to the Canadian border on the west coast is safe. There may be some inland areas in California, Oregon and Washington that may see fewer interracial couples, but not enough to cause problems. Even Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas don’t have that many issues for interracial couples. I would be careful with Idaho, Montana and possible Wyoming though.
I am also one of the interracial (and interpolitic) couples. I have found that issues have followed patterns and have largely died down in S.D. and the places I mentioned above.
