Life will never be worry free.
If you are prone to worry, then all that happens when you resolve or avoid one worry is that it will be replaced with another of your own invention.

Also, are you talking $200K or $500K house price or mortgage? I assume you are talking mortgage.
A $500K mortgage is still under $3K a month p&i. Seems to me that shouldn’t be too difficult for a lawyer (if my memory is serving me correctly as to your profession). Why worry about that? You can barely RENT a nice home for that.
