I dont think thats impossible. Assume another 15% drop and those 3000 sq footers in the 650 area (Maybeck for starters without premium options) come down another 97K – you are looking at just over mid 500s.
I say 15% because its entirely possible and I think come spring, we should see another aggressive price cut to start another sales movement. I think a lot of people around these parts would agree its possible.
